By enrolling in any course/program offered by Captain Nikkhiel Jadhav Aviation Academy Pvt. Ltd. (CNJAA), the student and/or parent/guardian agree to the following Fees Payment Terms & Conditions:
Fee Structure
The course fee applicable shall be as per the official quotation/admission offer shared by CNJAA at the time of enrollment.
Fees may vary depending on the selected program, batch, and add-on services.
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 25,000 must be paid to confirm admission.
Admission is considered provisional until the registration fee is received.
Registration fee is non-transferable to another student.
Payment Schedule
Students must adhere strictly to the agreed payment schedule.
Installments (if applicable) must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the admission confirmation.
Delay in payment may attract late payment charges of Rs 500 per day.
CNJAA reserves the right to withhold access to classes, study material, exams, or services in case of non-payment.
Mode of Payment
Fees can be paid through:
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
UPI
Other approved digital payment modes
All bank charges, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges (if any) shall be borne by the student.
Refund Policy
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a student withdraws after commencement of classes, no refund will be entertained.
Batch Transfer / Deferment
Batch transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Approval is subject to seat availability and management discretion.
Administrative charges may apply.
Deferment beyond a specified period may require fee revision as per prevailing rates.
Loan & Third-Party Financing
Students opting for education loans or third-party financing remain personally responsible for timely payment of fees.
CNJAA shall not be liable for loan rejection, delays, or disbursement issues.
Cancellation of Admission
CNJAA reserves the right to cancel the admission due any reason as per the discretion of the management.
No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
Any future government-imposed taxes or statutory charges shall be payable by the student.
Changes to Fee Policy
CNJAA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in pune city where CNJAA is registered.
Declaration
By enrolling and making payment, the student/parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
