COMPASS TEST

The COMPASS TEST (Computerized Pilot Aptitude Screening System) is a series of psychotechnical and psychometric tests. COMPASS tests aim to assess the candidate’s cognitive abilities to anticipate its likelihood of training success or its adaptability to a new airline procedures.

The goal is to correlate the difficulties you may encounter during your training with the eventual cognitive lacks detected through these tests.
